We utilize elite global couriers for all dispatches. Domestic (UAE) orders generally arrive within 1-2 business days. International white-glove deliveries are expedited, typically reaching major global hubs within 3-5 business days.

Whenever feasible, shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Should this service be unavailable in your region, local customs authorities will assess relevant import duties, which remain the responsibility of the client.

We accept returns on pristine, unworn items within 14 days of receipt. All original tags, authenticity cards, and bespoke packaging must remain intact. Custom-commissioned and personalized pieces are considered final sale.
