Standard delivery within the UAE is complimentary and typically arrives within 1-2 business days. For international luxury courier services, please allow 3-5 business days. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

We accept returns of unworn, pristine items with original packaging and tags within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our concierge team to arrange a complimentary return pickup service.

Each piece requires dedicated care. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Store your items in the provided dust bags or presentation boxes when not in use. Detailed care instructions are included with every purchase.

Because our dispatch process is highly expedited, modifications or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of order placement. Kindly email our concierge immediately if a change is required.
