Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-commissioned, tailored, or personalized pieces.
• Fine jewelry, fragrances, and grooming products (for hygienic integrity).
• Items acquired during exclusive archival or private client sales events.

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated concierge team. Upon verification, we will issue a secure return authorization and arrange for a premium courier service to collect the item from your residence at your earliest convenience.

Refunds & Exchanges

Upon receipt and meticulous inspection at our atelier, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Alternatively, should you prefer an exchange for a different size or design, our team will facilitate this seamlessly.
